ADIVO CONSTRUCTION BEGINS RENOVATIONS IN DECATUR, GEORGIA
DECATUR, GEORGIA: Adivo Construction announced the commencement of renovations at Park Estates, a multifamily apartment complex located in Decatur, Georgia.
Park Estates was sold to its current owners back in August of this year. The asset owners realized the need to refresh the property as it is located in a strong secondary market of Atlanta.
One of the world’s leading research universities, Emory University, is located in Decatur and brings with it a substantial rental population. Public transit allows for easy access to Downtown, Midtown, and Buckhead.
Adivo will complete unit interior renovations including:
- Opening up the kitchen for a more expansive feel as well as adding a tiled backsplash
- New cabinets, countertops, appliances, accessories, and plumbing fixtures in the both kitchen and baths
- New flooring, light fixtures, and window coverings throughout
In early 2020, Adivo will demolish the existing clubhouse structure to construct a new, modern 1,200 square foot building. Inside will be a leasing center, fitness center, cafe, manager’s office, and pool cabana bathrooms.
